Benzinogram Bot Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy sets out how information about users of the Benzinogram bot is processed and protected. The service is accessed through the Telegram bot @PatchgramBot (hereinafter — the Bot), which sells the Benzinogram badge and Benzinogram Premium.
Using the Bot means the User accepts this Policy.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Bot is a technical service and processes data strictly to the extent required for the Bot to operate and to deliver what the User has bought.
1.2. This Policy covers the Bot only. The Benzinogram iOS app is covered by a separate privacy policy, and everything that happens inside Telegram itself is covered by Telegram's privacy policy.
2. What data is processed
2.1. The Bot may process the following data:
- the Telegram user identifier (user_id);
- the username and display name, if Telegram passes them;
- the Telegram interface language, so the Bot answers in it;
- technical data relating to the operation of the Bot and to payment;
- the status of a purchase, a badge and a subscription.
2.2. The Bot does not request and does not store:
- identity document data;
- a home address;
- bank card details;
- a phone number or a contact list;
- the content of chats, messages or media.
2.3. A bot in Telegram receives only what is sent to it directly. The Bot is never present in the User's conversations and has no access to the User's Telegram account. There is no analytics and no tracking.
3. Purposes of processing
3.1. Data is processed solely in order to:
- grant and maintain access to what was purchased;
- operate the Telegram bot correctly;
- process payments and payment statuses;
- provide technical support and keep the service secure.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
4.1. Data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. Transfer to third parties is possible only in the following cases:
- when payments are processed by payment providers — Telegram Stars, Apple's App Store, and outside card and crypto providers;
- on a lawful demand from an authorised body;
- as part of the technical operation of the service.
4.2. Transferred data is limited to the minimum necessary volume.
4.3. Payment details are entered with the payment provider and never with the Bot. No card number, bank detail or billing address ever reaches the service; the provider reports only that a given order was paid.
5. Storage and protection of data
5.1. The service takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access.
5.2. Data is stored for as long as the service requires it to operate, or for the periods established by law. Records of purchases are kept as proof of what the User paid for.
6. Responsibility of the User
6.1. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for the actions performed through the Bot from their Telegram account.
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. The service may amend this Policy. The current version is always published on this page, and the date above is the date it last changed.
8. Contacts
8.1. Questions about this Policy, or anything else about the Bot: @patchgramsupport on Telegram.
8.2. Announcements about the service are published in @patchgram.
9. Final provisions
9.1. Using the Bot means the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
